If you’re looking to gain strength, stability, and overall vitality, let’s work together to help you feel your best!

Depending on your priorities and goals, your customized session will include some or all of the following tools:

  • Yoga
  • Meditation
  • Breath work
  • Ball rolling for myofascial release
  • Resistance bands for strength training
  • Creative visualization
  • Restorative techniques

When you invest in private sessions, we’ll use a 5-step process to help you set your goals and track your progress!

Step #1: Let’s talk! Our 20-minute phone consultation offers a chance for you to share your current challenges and desired outcomes. I’ll ask a series of questions in order to design a program specifically for your needs.

Step #2: Design a plan– I’ll email you your customized class plan in advance of our session so that you can ask questions or make additional requests.

Step #3: Meet for your private session– Your first 60-minute session can take place either virtually or in-person.

Step #4: Track your progress– After class, I’ll email you notes that overview what we did together. This helpful reference will make it easier for you to practice at home. I’ll also ask you to complete a simple post-practice questionnaire to help us track your progress.

Step #5: Determine next steps– If you decide that ongoing private sessions are the best way to support your progress, we’ll schedule your next class and build upon the foundation from your first class.

Investment:

One-on-one sessions are $90. Your first session includes the 5-step process detailed above.

A six session pass is $450.

Travel within 15 miles of Buckfield, ME is included (beyond that is negotiable.)
