MAKE ART. BE TOO MUCH. START NOW.
You want to create boldly and unapologetically. To make work that’s liberating, engages audiences in powerful ways, and takes on a life of its own.
While you have been *thinking* about it… it’s been a long time since you made something that really surprises and delights you.
All that thinking leaves the door open for the “sneaky shoulds” to creep in…
- I should be more confident about what I want to say.
- I should be making a lot more money from my work if I’m calling myself an artist.
- I should wait until I have time to go all in on something really impressive.
- I should get more skills…maybe take another workshop or go back to school.
- I should have a bigger audience by now.
- I should support the work of others…I’ll get to my stuff later.
Meanwhile—between earning a living, juggling your family schedule, and trying to stay sane—life keeps getting busier and busier.
It’s not your fault. The world is full of chaos.
This is the very reason why your presence, your voice, and your creativity matters, more than ever.
I created the Flourishing Artist Framework to help artists like you stop waiting for the perfect moment, and start creating now—with greater clarity, joy, and vision.
Inside our work together, you’ll:
💥Liberate yourself from the sneaky shoulds and focus on what lights you up
💥Reclaim your creative time and energy—even with a full life
💥Gain tools to manage anxiety, feel more comfortable in your own skin, and bring a greater sense of play to your work
💥Develop a expansive vision for what’s possible for your creative work and life as a whole
💥Build strong collaborative relationships that are in alignment with your values, world view, and support your growth
💥Trust your value and promote your work, without worry that you’re over pricing or underselling yourself
💥Create your Courageous Action Plan to stay in flow and create abundance—your way
Tune in and turn up the volume on what makes you YOU.
MAKE ART. YOUR WAY. AND FLOURISH.
I look forward to sharing the journey with you!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How is coaching like or different from therapy?
Therapy typically focuses on healing trauma from the past in order to be more fully present. Coaching uses what’s present to open up new possibilities and chart a course for the future.
Coaching is not advising. I won’t tell you what to do. While I’ll offer suggestions and challenges to support you, you are in the driver’s seat to choose your own adventure.
I am creative, but I’m not a professional artist. Is this still for me?
This work is for anyone who wants to support their whole being—including cultivating creativity and empowering their voice. This isn’t about roles or titles. If you want to express yourself more fully, this is for you.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I’m happy to split your payments into installments. If there’s something specific that would work best for you, feel free to email to see if it can work for both of us. The answer is probably yes!
What are your coaching credentials?
I am a graduate of Leadership That Works’ Coaching for Transformation certification program (accredited with the International Coaching Federation.) Additionally, as a certified yoga teacher (500-hour YTT), I bring tools to help you work somatically to fully integrate this transformative work.
How do I sign up for 60-minute or 90-minute coaching sessions?
I’m new to all of this, what’s the best way to begin?
To explore what is possible through coaching, schedule a complimentary 20-minute call today! I’ll follow-up with an email to help you prepare to make the most of our time together.
