Coaching

You want to create boldly and unapologetically. To make art that’s liberating, engages community, and is deeply you.

But somewhere along the way, the “shoulds” snuck in:

  • I should be further along by now
  • I should just focus on my day job because it pays the bills
  • I should wait until I have more time to make new work
  • I should go back to school…or take another training to get more skills
  • I should create work that’s more appealing…marketable….palatable…
  • I should focus on championing the needs and work of others

Meanwhile, your creativity has been closeted—trapped behind deadlines, family responsibilities, and the fear of being both “too much” and not enough!

Your life is busy. But where’s you in all of it?

If your latest masterpiece was fitting groceries into your trunk piled high with the kids’ sports gear, it’s time to reconnect with your artist-self.

Because your voice does matter.
Now more than ever.

This is your invitation to PLAY BIG.

I created the Flourishing Artist Framework to help artists like you stop waiting for the perfect moment and start creating now—with clarity, joy, and vision.

Inside our work together, you’ll:

💥Reclaim your creative time and energy—even with a full life

💥Break through guilt and fear to prioritize what makes you feel like YOU

💥Make space for your art without sacrificing relationships with loved ones

💥Trust your value and promote your work, without over pricing or under selling yourself.

💥Build your Courageous Action Plan to stay in flow and create abundance—your way

You don’t have to shrink to fit someone else’s version of success.

You get to MAKE ART. BE TOO MUCH. AND THRIVE.

I look forward to sharing the journey with you!

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING

Thank you from the center of my soul, the deepest part of my heart and all of the corners of my mind. One day at a time, one step at a time, I’m building a new joy-filled, empowered path forward.

Aretta Baumgartner

“I highly highly highly recommend…The coaching helps me live a more embodied, connected life. I feel more confident and healthy in the way my mind, soul, and body are interacting and communicating to each other in an awesome flow.

Sean Joseph Choo

Actor, Composer, Writer

“Coaching helped me gain confidence in my creative practice, especially when it comes to sales and promotion of my work. I would absolutely recommend working with Mandy.

Heather Newton-Brown

Encaustic Artist, PhoenixNest Designs

Coaching with Mandy felt like being held, guided, and gently nudged at times. Our sessions invited me to walk down the paths I wanted to walk but couldn’t quite manage alone. Along with the support and guidance, I now have new tools that I find extremely helpful, that I find myself returning to again and again, and that I also want to share with others.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How is coaching like or different from therapy?

Therapy typically focuses on healing trauma from the past in order to be more fully present. Coaching uses what’s present to open up new possibilities and chart a course for the future

Coaching is not advising. I won’t tell you what to do. While I’ll offer suggestions and challenges to support you, you are in the driver’s seat to choose your own adventure

I am creative, but I’m not a professional artist. Is this still for me?

This work is for anyone who wants to support their whole being—including cultivating creativity and empowering their voice. This isn’t about roles or titles. If you want to express yourself more fully, this is for you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I’m happy to split your payments into installments. If there’s something specific that would work best for you, feel free to email to see if it can work for both of us. The answer is probably yes!

What are your coaching credentials?

I am a graduate of Leadership That Works’ Coaching for Transformation certification program (accredited with the International Coaching Federation.) Additionally, as a certified yoga teacher (500-hour YTT), I bring tools to help you work somatically to fully integrate this transformative work.

How do I sign up for 60-minute or 90-minute coaching sessions?

I’m new to all of this, what’s the best way to begin?

To explore what is possible through coaching, schedule a complimentary 20-minute call today! I’ll follow-up with an email to help you prepare to make the most of our time together.
